Been to doctors with sore foot. Told probably damaged ligaments and not to run for three weeks. Hope that's all it takes and to be back running with club soon.

Looks like a cold one tonight, therefore rather than risk running on a slippy TRACK tonights session will not take place.
I believe a few of the squad are still going to meet at the Keswick for a run at 6pm.
